We have two itineraries and dates on this special.

Montreal to New York September 23 - October 05. Sail in small-ship luxury with warmer temperatures & some Fall Colours. You'll visit the major stops along the St. Lawrence River - Quebec City, Saguenay - but also smaller stops that larger cruise ships just can't get to - Baie-Comeau and Havre-Saint-Pierre. You'll continue with stops through Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, before arriving in the New England area on the United States, where you'll enjoy seeing Portland (Maine), Boston, and Martha's Vineyard before arriving into New York. Martha's Vineyard is beautiful and only possible on a small ship like this!

New York to Montreal October 05 - 17. Typically, sailing South to North, temperatures will be cooler for this 2nd itinerary. If you don't mind cooler temperatures to see more colour, this is your best choice. Many ports are similar to itinerary #1, but there are some changes including a stop in Prince Edward Island. If you want a longer cruise, you can also add this cruise to the first cruise - 24 nights in total!

Both itineraries offer a way to enjoy the less-travelled stops on Canada's East Coast. What a difference to arrive at these smaller stops with just 700 people rather than the 3000+ people on the larger ships. For instance, in Cap-Aux-Meules, in the Magdalen Islands, there are just 12,000 inhabitants spread over 8 islands in this rarely visited Canadian archipelago. Only a small ship can get here, and only a small ship will not overwhelm this charming town with it's stunning, colourful, wooden houses, spread along the rolling hills down to the sea's edge. 

We can't emphasize enough how easy getting on and off the ship is, and how this ease allows you to stay longer in port - giving you more time to see how the locals live. Seeing these rarely visited, smaller stops will really be one of the special parts of this trip - you'll really experience some of the smallest, most beautiful places where East Coast Canadians call home.
